Tammy Adams & The Honky Tonk Band

Lead vocalist and recording artist, Tammy Adams, from Eastern Quebec now settled in Nova Scotia for over 14 years, is influenced by the cream of the crop of Country Music, Alabama, Pam Tillis, Lorrie Morgan, and Highway 101. Having a business touring schedule, Tammy has developed a huge following on her Friday night Facebook Live performances. Tammy is accompanied by Dan MacDonald on drums, Kolin Benson on bass, and Thomas “Big Daddy” Majcan on lead guitar – all seasoned musicians and vocalists. Dan MacDonald, from Dartmouth Nova Scotia, who’s mission is “To keep live music alive”, has completed three cross-Canada tours over the past quarter century and has always felt at home on the drums playing for many country artists along the way. Kolin Benson, from Cole Harbour Nova Scotia, was introduced to music by his grandparents many years ago. They’d bring him to numerous bluegrass and country music festivals around the province. Kolin has been playing around with a guitar in his hands from the early age of three and now is a well seasoned bass guitar player, singer/songwriter. Thomas “Big Daddy” Majcan, born and raised in Nova Scotia, worked extensively on the West Coast in Calgary and Vancouver earlier in his career. He has been playing for over 45 years and has performed at National and International venues with a variety of bands – Aaron Pritchett, Lee Marlow Dutch Mason, just to name a few.
